Tariff for Bed and Breakfast Accommodation for 2022
Prices quoted are based on two people sharing a double room.
A full 5 course a la carte breakfast menu, including full English, locally sourced produce whenever possible (including home baked bread, our own home made preserves and farm fresh eggs).
All rooms have Wi-Fi (Fibre optic broadband connection), TV, DAB radio, a hospitality tray & fresh fruit and biscuits.
Please let us know if you prefer blankets rather than a duvet.

The Woodlands Suite makes a superb family room. Double bedroom and sitting room.
Prickett’s Place welcomes well behaved children over 6 years.
Children aged 6 to 12 years old sharing ‘The Woodlands Suite’ with two adults £26.00 pn.
13 years and over or a 3rd adult £38 pn.
MINIMUM RESERVATION 3 NIGHTS
A Romantic Break for two, or a Special Occasion.
We are happy to purchase champagne, Prosecco, Chocolates flowers etc., at cost for you. We will ensure they are in your room on arrival. Just let us know your approximate budget £10 plus.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposits can be made by Debit Card or Credit Card over the telephone. A non-refundable deposit for the cost of 1 night’s stay is required.
In order to take a card payment we will require your full name and the address where the card is registered and also the postcode, plus the necessary security details.
Checking in:-
We would usually expect guest to arrive between 4pm and 6pm. However, if this time is not convenient please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Smoking:-
We have a strict no smoking policy.
Accidents do happen:-
Please let us know immediately in the event of any damage or spills in order to minimise the problem.
Public Liability:-
We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury or inconvenience however caused. We do however, have the necessary Public Liability insurance that is required by law.
Additional Facilities
Your Holiday:-
We really do want you to enjoy your holiday and realise that it is the little things that make a holiday special. In addition to everything else mentioned we also offer:-
For playing on the lawn we offer:- skittles, croquet and quoits. We also have a BBQ for guests use and are happy to provide the necessary crockery, cutlery etc., All free of charge.
If staying for longer than three nights, we are happy to provide laundry facilities. (a charge is made for this service).
An iron and ironing board are available for guests use if needed. (Free of charge)
If you need ice-packs frozen in order to keep a picnic cold, please let us know. (Needless to say, this service is free of charge).
